Event Specialists (by CZW) is a specialist event firm built on a simple conviction: that events should be planned, delivered, and managed with the same rigour that any high-performing business function demands.

Who we are

We have spent our careers inside events, on the floor, in the planning room, at the client table, and at the strategy level. We know what good looks like. We know what great looks like. And we know the gap between them.

We are a senior collective of event professionals, operational specialists, and business advisors. Our team brings deep expertise across event planning and production, project management, hospitality operations, business advisory, and event technology, built across government, corporate, hospitality, and private sectors.

Our model is senior-led at every stage. The people who scope the work are the people who deliver it. Clients do not get handed down the chain. They work with experienced professionals from start to finish.

We plan and deliver events. We also fix how they work.

Most event companies do one thing: they execute events. Most management consultants do another: they advise on strategy. Very few organisations do both, with genuine depth on each side.

We do both. And we think that combination is what the market needs most.

A corporate client might need us to manage their annual conference this year, and then, having seen how we operate, ask us to audit their internal event function and improve how their team runs events going forward. A hotel might ask us to advise on their event department strategy, and then bring us in to implement a registration and digital management system.

That flexibility is built into how we are structured. We are not locked into one lane.

Events are not just occasions. They are opportunities.

Every event, whether a government summit or a private wedding, represents an opportunity: to communicate something, to build something, to celebrate something, or to achieve something. The question is whether it is designed and delivered in a way that realises that opportunity fully.

We approach every event with that question in mind. What is this event for? What does success look like? What does the audience need to experience? What does the client need to achieve? The answers shape everything we do, from programme design to on-site management to post-event evaluation.

Our clients range from government ministries and multinational corporations to couples planning their wedding and families organising milestone celebrations. We do not treat these as different categories of client, we treat them as different contexts requiring the same level of professionalism, care, and execution excellence.

In the corporate and institutional space, we bring consulting rigour, project discipline, and strategic thinking to event delivery. In the private and social space, we bring warmth, attention to personal detail, and the calm confidence that comes from having delivered hundreds of events across every conceivable variable.

Events are high-stakes, time-constrained, and unpredictable. Our teams are trained and experienced in managing complexity calmly, protecting the client from the friction and delivering the outcome they expected.
